I like these songs and and i wanna make them into ringtones..?

I wanna make them into ringtones Is there a site where i can upload the songs and cut parts i dont want to make it into a ringtones with parts that i want? then just save the file?

1. uhm on Myxer u can do that but if the songs are from itunes it dusnt work or u can just look up song and end them 2 ur fone
