How do you get ringtones to work on your Sprint LG Muziq phone?

I can't figure this out! I've been trying to get ringtones on my phone forever! I download them and put them on my memory card and they wont work! I also tried converting and asking on the internet or googling but nothing works! I'm not sure what file it's compatible with! And whenever I look under My Content for a ringtone file it says no ringer file! Why? And how do I create a file in My Content?

1. i have the same phone. the only place that has worked for me is ventones.com you can make a ringtone from an mp3 file, and they send it to you with a text message link, its the only way on that phone, sprint made it really hard to manually put it on yourself, i think they disabled that feature

3. try getting them from legit place that support your carrier, it always work on my phone.
