How do you download ringtones onto your phone using a USB computer cord?

I have a MetroPCS Motorola W315 and it doesn't have internet and it's so difficult to find ringtones supported by my phone carrier. I'm willing to pay, but if I don't have to obviously I would rather not. Are there any legit sites I could use to find ringtones I can download directly to my phone without having to be linked to a website from my phone?

1. I've used funformobile.com in the past. You send them to yourself as text or multimedia messages. I think this may work for you too, but am unsure
