How to get Ringtones without Using the Internet on your phone.?

I don't have internet on my phone, but my friend goes to this website and they send her the ringtone, so like when you open the text it plays automaticly and she just saves it to sounds, but everywhere i try you have to go to the link and save it. witch ovs. doesn't work because i don't have internet anymore. please helpp, grcaisd :)
