How to put mp3 ringtones onto a Razr?

I have a Motorola Razr V3 with T-Mobile service, and I don't have internet. How can I make mp3 songs from my computer into ringtones for my Razr? I'd like to do this without having to pay any money, as well. Thanks

3. you can use the voice recorder of your phone if you have this feature. just record the part of the song that you want and set as your ringer. the louder the source is the better.
4. well you have to have a usb and plug it into your computer then you just download your songs from your albums and artist into your phone then you check into my sounds and they should be pre- loaded onto your phone!
