Where can I download free software to turn my mp3 files into ringtones?

I found this program that was perfect but the trial version only let you make 5 seconds worth of ring tone. Basically I was a program that you can "crop" music with. So I could take a song and cut it down to 30 seconds, at a point that I wanted so when the phone rings it would play the chorus of a song instead of the beginning. Any help?
