Download totally free ringtones

Ok How do I download pictures to my Cu515 phone.Is there any special program out there?

Ok...Here I go again. How do I put my own pics into this phone? I just get error after error using Windows Media Player. And how do I put my own ringtones on here? I put a 4 and 8 sec tune and it's not going to my ringtones...It's just in the music player. So is there any other program besides WMP that I can use?
