How do I get ringtones from my computer to transfer on my phone?

I have a samsung r410 from metro pcs,and i was wondering how I could transfer music as ringtones to my phone by using a usb bluetooth device.Please help!!

1. you won't find a site that sends you that ringtone straight to your phone. So as you said, you need to do it yourself. I recommend that you make the ringtones from this site www.ventones(.com) download the ringtone to your pc. When i had that phone, I would transfer the ringtone with a program called Bitpim. It will work , just connect it with the cable and use Bitpim. Or instead of the cable, use the phone's bluetooth and a bluetooth dongle
