How do you make songs into ringtones on the motorola RIZR?

i saaw that in somebodys answer to a question, making songs into ringtones was mentioned for the RIZR so i would like help as to how to make songs into ringtones on my RIZR. please help me? so the blue tooth thing, how do you send songs on your phone to your computer through bluetooth, then back to your phone?

2. bluetooth or infared it to ur computer and then send it bak. then it'll ask u what u want 2 save it as. u choose ringtone.
