Download totally free ringtones

anybody knows how to make ringtones for free?

do anybody know how to make ringtones that aren't so big in size. i know some websites but when i make them they be like 15 seconds and they be 260kb. but when my friends get ringtones they be like 1 minute and only be 141 kb and stuff like that, does anybody know (i use the ones that u have to use the internet)

1. try with other music or mp3 file... i always use Ventones you can choose the legth of the ringtoone and the sound quality its great
