On a Motorola Rizr, how do you make whole songs your ringtones?

how do you make songs that you already have, your ringtone, without buying ringtones or getting them from somewhere online? i want to make songs that i already have into ringtones.. without buying ringtones or getting them from websites, but taking them off my own computer. also without buying any new software.
