How To Make Custom Ringtones for Verizon LG nV2?

First off, please do not tell me about websites such as myxertones.com, since these no longer work due to Verizon blocking ringtones via text. I have Audacity, and can transfer the files to my Sounds folder via bluetooth, but for some reason, the phone will not let me choose anything in the Sounds folder as a ringtone, including the ones preloaded! I've even converted the file using myxer.com, tried to email it to my phone, but the email got returned. Any ideas?

1. ventones(.com) go to that site, they have clear instructions for Verizon phones. Works on my Env2, and its completely FREE
2. use ventones its free and they let you save your ringtones to your computer so all you have to do is get an usb cord or a microsd card, thats how i get my ringtones.
