Is there a way to get Japanese ringtones on Verizon phones?

Verizon's selection of ringtones is really too small... How can I get a better selection (which includes J-Rock and J-Pop) on my phone? I have a juke.

3. if you want you could make your own ringtones using ringtone maker. i get my songs on limewire and use audacity to make my own ringtones but if i want fast i get them on the web.
