How do I get ringtones with the memory card?

Okay so i've been trying to make ringtones and add them on my SanDisk Micro memory card but then when i go to put the little memory card in my phone i can't find them anywhere...does anybody know how to do this or where to find a good website to make ringtones and get them to my phone? p.s. my phone is a Verizon Samsung Sch-U740 ohh and i also can't recieve picture mssgs..

1. Verizon just recently blocked all of their phone from getting free ringtones....If you want to you can forward the ringtones from your PC to the Phone using the E-Mail address: YourNumber@vzwpix.com and you will get them on the phone BUT you can;t use them as ringtones!
2. ventones(.com) go to that site, and follow instructions. create a ringtone, and it will work for that phone. Its on their list of phones that do work. Ive done it succesfuly many times. its a FREE site
3. some verizon phones are blocked for using custom made ringtones. but there are those legit place that support your carrier where you could transfer ringtones from your computer to your phone using usb cord or usb card reader.
