How do i get free ringtones on my phone?

I have an LG 8550 Chocolate Phone and i want to get free ringtones on it preferably without using the internet on my phone, is there a way to send them to my phone using my home computer?

2. i only use Ventones its a free ringtones site its really cool! they have ringtones or you can create your own..
3. yes, you could use ringtone converter and make your own ringtones from songs you want to make as your ringtones but if you want fast there are those legit place for ringtones where you could transfer from your computer to your phone using usb cord or usb card reader.
