How can you get free ringtones without texting?

I have a Verizon phone that doesn't have internet or texting or bluetooth. Is there any way I can get free ringtones? Can I get around the block for texting?

1. Yes you can. You should try mobile17.com. Its totally free and it works with me, but I use a USB Cable.
