How do i make this ring tone program work?

So i have this program that makes ringtones. I am able to download the ringtone onto my phone, but then we i go to set the audio as a ringtone it says the content is unacceptable. Does anyone know how i can make the content acceptable so i can use it as a ringtone?

1. on some phones the only way is to download them from your phone's browser through the text message the site sends you. some phones simply block people from transferring the ringtone manually. Thats the case with my phones from Sprint and Alltel. The ONLY way is to use a FREE site that sends you a link, VENTONES(.com) Just use their FREE online tools to create ringtones. Much easier than messing around with bluetooth or cables or downloading any programs, all you do is this 1) upload an mp3 file 2) select the ringtone segment 3) create your ringtone 4) send it to your phone
