How do you get free ringtones onto your cell phone?

There's only one problem i have T-mobile as my service provider, but i have a cingular made phone. (moterola sliver L6) help please =) from the internet

1. Well, I got 10 free ringtones from thumbplay. I signed up, then canceled my account as soon as I got my rings. I think they take make service providers.
2. you need to buy a cord+cd that plugs into your phone to your computer. once you have loaded the cd on to your computer then you can load as many songs as you want onto your phone for free!!
