Download totally free ringtones

any free ringtones without connecting cell phone to internet?

i need a website that has free ringtones that i can save to my computer as a .amr file. i want to be able to get free ringtones by putting my memory card in my computer...most websites u have to connect to the internet and i cant do that. thanks
