Where can I download ABSOLUTELY FREE ringtones for my cell phone?

3. hi. i have a t-mobile fone too. i think its called the rizr3 or something like that. anyway, personally, i make my own ringtones. i have this software in my computer that lets me chop up songs and add sound effects or other parts of songs that i want. its very easy to use. point is, lets say u download a ringtone and its at a different verse that u were hoping for. with this program, u can make the ringtone start and end whenever u want. its so cool. heres a free version of it: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/download/windows download it, mess with it a lil bit and email it to your fone or hook up your fone to your computer. whatever works for you. have fun.
