Where can i find how to make songs into mytones ringtones?

i have a motorola c139 tracfone and cant download ringtones. i need to know how to make songs into the mytones ringtone. if anybody can give me a website or something that would show me that would be great!

1. 1st is ur cellphone capatable? and if it is and u have internet access on ur cellphone you shoulb able to download the ringtones, but ur phone might not be capatable, sorry1
2. try search for those mobile legit places online.also you could use audacity to make your own,if you have cd's or songs in your pc,just clip any part of the song you like for 30sec then download to your phone using usb cord.
