Download totally free ringtones

Does anyone know of a free ringtone site that will send the ringtones through an SMS w/o using Media Net?

I don't get internet on my phone (Blackjack II) so I need the rigntones to be sent through a Picture Message.

If u r able to get picture messages on ur phone, u have internet access. sms is regular text messaging and travels on one server, picture or video msgs are mms messages which means multimedia messages, and they can only travel via the internet. if u can send or receive picture messages, then u have internet access and should be able to download ringtones. The only reason u should not be able to do so is if someone placed a purchase block on ur line. If there is a purchase block, this will prevent u from downloading items that require payment without authorization. If there is a block on ur internet, u would have to have it removed to download ringtones even if u receive them as sms bc u would have to access internet to process the download. Hope this helps.
