Download totally free ringtones

is there any way to make mp3s on my sanyo katana dlx into ringtones? if not, is there a *free* ringtone maker?

i would like to be able to put my music as my ringtone. i'm sick of paying 2.50 for 30 sec of a song when i already paid .99 for the whole thing! is there a free, safe ringtone creator that i can use? (what format should they be in?) or better yet does anyone know how to just set one of my songs as the ringtone?

1. "ventones" (dot com) is a very safe free ringtone site for sprint, you can make free ringtones from mp3 files, the katana takes a different format, the mp3 won't work, but you can convert it on Ventones, they have tutorials and explain how. If you need help, email me
2. go to phonezoo.com from ur pc look for a ringtone or make your own then it will send to your phone as a pic message save it and there you go you will need to sign up but you dont pay anything everything is 100% free garanteed
3. well not really. i have the katana ll and i use www.myxer.com i also have the data plan so yea. its a good site um yea
