Download totally free ringtones

Is it possible to put music/ringtones into a Razv3i phone without having the phones Cd" software?

If your answer is yes, then how can I do it? can I just dragg the tracks into the folder under the name" ringtones", cus I have already done it and the tracks just won't appear in the phone. Please help me out with this one.

1. With my v3m Razr I use a micro-SD card, add the music to it from my PC, (either USB or card reader). Insert the card into the phone. Then: Menu --> Media gallery --> Sounds --> Options --> Switch storage device --> select card. That should bring up your music you transferred to the card. Find the song you want to use as a ring tone and hit options and select the move/copy option, copy/move to the phone. After you transfer the songs to the phone, switch the storage device back to the phone, find your song and select options, apply as ring tone. You can also use the phone's bluetooth to transfer. Other than that I have not found a way to do it without the software.
