Download totally free ringtones

Can I download music ringtones to my Verizon Palm Treo 700p?

I'm having a lot of trouble figuring this out - does this phone not have that capability? Thanks!

1. I believe it does. What you should be able to do is to plug it in with the sync cable... and bring a mp3 over that way, save it in the ring tone area, and go from there..
