- With ringtones, you have 2 options - make them yourself (free) or download them (usually not free). You can do either at: http://www.ringgtoness.com MAKE THEM YOURSELF Take an mp3 file and convert it to whatever format your phone uses for ringtones. Many modern phones can actually use mp3 with no problem. If you need to convert them, use one of these two programs (the first is free, the second is $29 but is specifically for ringtones): http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ http://www.download.com/MP3-To-Ringtone-Gold/3000-2641_4-10637201.html After you have the ringtone file, you need to get it to your phone. You can connect your phone to the computer using a special usb cable, but that's kind of complicated. The other way to do it is to use a website to send the file to your phone. You can do that here: http://www.ringgtoness.com DOWNLOAD RINGTONES If you want to download ringtones to your phone, you're probably going to have to pay. However, many ringtone companies offer complimentary ringtones when you sign up. All the sites have pretty much the same selection; ringtone companies are good at keeping up to date. ;) You can download ringtones from: http://www.ringgtoness.com/download.php DIFFERENT TYPES OF RINGTONES Some people get confused by the different types of ringtones. It's actually pretty easy: 1. Monophonic - only 1 tone at a time - these were the earliest ringtones 2. Polyphonic - plays up to 40 notes at once - most common 3. Full Music - play actual songs

- Yeah, use the motorola phone tools u probably got with the phone. U'll have to plug in ur phone via usb. Alternatively, if u have a bluetooth program and attachment for ur comp, u can just transfer the files via bluetooth. Taking note that not all songs can be transfered to the phone. See what formats ur phone supports.
