Is there any way I can get music ringtones onto my cell without using the internet on the phone?

I have a kyocera strobe & I want to get some songs onto my phone to use as ringtones, but internet isn't part of my plan. Anything I can do? I have internet on my home computer just not on my phone

1. If you have the internet on your home computer, and a cord to hook your phone up to your computer with. Either way, you need the internet. The internet is where these ringtones exist and you have to be able to download them from the internet.
