How do I put free software, music, ringtones, videos, etc. on my Blackberry Pearl 8130 (sprint)?

I just bought a Blackberry Pearl 8130 for Sprint, I downloaded the blackberry desktop manager and I want to download games and ringtones onto my phone for free, can you recommend sites and possibly provide detailed steps on how to getting it onto my phone, including how to use and utilize the desktop manager? 1. if your phone does have internet try search for those legit places online or you could download from mobile community sharing sites where members share and create their ringtones.
