What program can i use to make my own ringtones for free?

I dont have internet on my phone so it will have to be a usb cable to send it to my phone...I have a us cellular razrv3

1. go to motomail.co.uk and they show you how to make your own ringtones or you can search their ringtones and you can use a usb cord. they have step by step instructions.
2. install the software that comes with the fone. the cd. and then click on motorola phone tools and u can put ur downloaded music as your ringtone
3. Get audacity. It's a FREE (as in nothing to pay, we won't bug you later, none of that crap that "free" means nowadays) sound editor. Load up your favorite MP3's, splice them where you want them, save them, and then upload them to your phone. It's so easy, even the Geico cavemen can do it.
