Download totally free ringtones

where can i get FREE ringtones for my razr2 v9? or can i make any audio file a ring tone?

i just got a razr2 v9, and i would like another ringtone then what came with it. can i put my own music on there and make it a ringtone? or do i have to download..?

2. anything you record you can use as a ringtone. I do it all the time....usually recording it of my computer. you just have to play around with it to get good quality sound. OR go to phonezoo.com. It only costs a text message, but if you have a message plan its not bad. There are other sites besides that one that only cost a text message, but I only go to phonezoo. The best quality ones usually hve to be downloaded for $2-3 bucks per tone.
3. ventones is the only site i use for ringtones. its a great site for ringtones, ive done my research, never tried any others, works for me, im sticking with it. i have sprint.
4. goto get it now then click on new tunes and tones then my sounds when you find it click options then set as ring tone
