2. What you ask in not possible! We sites use HTTP of FTP and internet protocols to load files to your computer to communicate with it. Bluetooth is a short term wireless link between objects as a cable replacement. eg phone to phone, phone to printer, computer to phone. you can get things via the web and they send them to you pohne by text message or web link. Once they are on your phone you can then send them by bluetooth to another device . But using the internet via bluetooth is not possible
