5. you can make your own if you want and for me, bitpim work best although you need a usb cable or bluetooth and a driver.. as for the ringtone, download audacity as well as the lame encoder and export any song as mp3 (recommended tone length is 30 seconds or shorter).. please note this is just what i did for my verizon phone.. different carriers have different rules for this kind of thing... or search the web and look for community sharing sites..
