How Can I get Free Ringtones without having the internet on my phone?

I want better ringtones for free,but i don't have the internet on my phone.

1. Yes you can, you can use a data cable and transfer songs through your computer to your phone via usb. If you have verizon, there is a program called BitPim, alows you to put ringtones straight from the music library on your computer. you can choose any song you want, and choose when you want it to end, and begin. It may also support other phones i havent checked, but i have a verizon phone and it works great, all you gotta do is purchase the data cable for like 5 or 6 bucks.
2. You can go online, and send them to your phone. The ringtones will be sent to your phone in Text message form. You then open them from the inbox and look at your options and save in sounds. Most phones will have a web site also that will walk you through this process. Like nokia.com, motrolla.com
3. If you want an mp3 as your ringing tone you can always get an mp3 from your computer and tranfer it to your phone later. You can also go to some sites that offer free ringtones.
