1. Its impossible..not unless you buy a software program and data cable for about 70 bucks...thats the only way it would be 'free' but so much for free huh? lol
2. Free ringtones are fairly easy to obtain. I have a cingular phone and I was a ble to find a program on the internet called Tone This. I downloaded it as freeware from download.com. It is completely free. You are able to convert your mp3's and transfer them to your phone as a text messege. This is also true of wallpapers. Just browse your computer for jpeg files and upload to your phone. Hope this has helped. enjoy.
