Download totally free ringtones

How can i crop and put songs together, and how do I make ringtones?

Is there any software on which I cut songs, and then put them together? Im doing a dance to different songs, and i want to cut them to like 2 minutes apiece. and also, Is there any software on which i can make ringtones? Thanks!

3. you could use mobile 17 which is a good site for creating and sending ringtonez
4. there is web-based software at phone sherpa that allows you to upload songs own, pick the part of the song you want to send to your phone as ringtones, oh and there is music mixing software called "SpliceMusic" and I think its free..you should be able to google it
