Is there any way to make your own ringtones and send them to your phone?

I know how to make them. I have a motorola v180 w/ tmobile. I DON'T have internet access. So, is their a way to send the ringtones to the phone w/out internet access. Also, I don't have the voice memo or anything of that sort.
