How to bluetooth ringtones to BB curve 8310.?

I am having problems bluetoothing ringtones from other phones to my bb curve 8310.It has paired with another phone yet the error message reads "service not supported".This is making me bananas.I have gone to at&t store and called them as well and no one can seem to help me.If anyone knows how to figure this out i'd appreciate it.
