Saving Verizon ringtones, "delete memory" error message?

I just downloaded some Verizon ringtones to my phone and 2 of them saved but when i try to save the one a message comes up thats says "delete memory" I tried deleting a bunch of songs out of the memory but it still won't work. Now I cant use that ringtone. Anyone know what to do?

1. You need to free up some space on your phone's internal memory. If you've already deleted some songs and your still getting the error message you should purchase a memory card and save the ringtones to there.
2. Delete some other things off of your phone, such as your whole inbox for text messaging, your whole sent messages for text messaging, some of your pictures, some games if you have some, etc. You can also get a new memory card for your phone at your local VZW store and it will have a much larger space for memory.
