Program that i can transfer custom ringtones to verizon phone?

Ok so i hav a verizon chocolate ( 1st version not new one ) and i was wondering if there is a good program where i can upload custom ringtones off my computer onto my phone?

1. ToneThis 3.0 from tonethis.com is a free program that I'm using to make custom ringtones. I have a Verizon Samsung i760 and ToneThis works perfectly with it.
