Download totally free ringtones

Does anyone know how i can get free ringtones for my MetroPCS Samsung R400 phone?

I have tried some sites but it tells me "Unsupported content type" when i try to download a ringtone. Another thing my blue tooth doesn't work it only works for headphones. Also if someone sends me songs I cant set them as ringtones...If anyone knows a way to get free ringtones PLEASEEEE LET ME KNOWW!!!!!

3. there are sites that you can get free ringtones you can download through usb data cable, or they send you ringtones via text massage and mms.just search free ringtones in the internet..
