Where can i make free ringtones that work for VERIZON that sends it as a txt message and you save the sound?

No phonezoo.com / myxer.com / ventones.com / cause those don't work for me. Ok. I know some websites aren't good with verizon and many people. The only one i found was www.3guppies.com but now it doesn't work for some reason! HELP ME! I want to make free ringtones. And what happened to 3guppies?
