Real Music Midi Ringtones?

I have a Palm Treo and apparently it only uses Midi ringtones. I can't seen to figure out how to get them on my phone or where to even download them. Help! I would also like to learn how to rip the music from CD's etc; Anything you can share would be great! Its a 680.

1. you need a converter to create midi files - google is your best friend. you don't say which treo you've got, anything from the 700 upwards can use mp3 files as ringtones.
