2 Part question about music editing, ringtones and bluetooth.?

Ok, im wanting to find some program that i can edit my music with ( something that will let me cut songs short) so i can turn them into ringtones. And my laptop is Bluetooth enabled, how would i go about sending the finnished song from my laptop, to a Bluetooth enabled cell?

What phone and company do you have? 2 ways you can cut up an mp3 file. a) Use a free site like VENTONES, which you dont need to download anything, you upload the mp3 file, pick the part you want, and then they can send it to your phone in a text message, or you can download it. Ventones does not have any options besided cutting the file up, b) Download a program called Audacity, which has many options. After you make the ringtone, send it to your phone and sync both the phone and laptop with bluetooth. Just pair up the deviced, and you're set. Your laptop should have software for that, or you can buy a bluetooth dongle
