1. http://www.myxer.com/ I use them all the time. You have to create a username and password for your account, but it is totally free. They have wallpapers too. Also it doesn't make you use your own files to make the ringtones. They have just about any ring tone you can think of on there already. It gets sent to your phone as a pix message and you just save it as a ringtone.

4. if you really want sites that work very well for sprint, then this one does. its not free, but cheap for a legit real ringtones. it is studio copied not the crappy one. good luck!
