make your own ringtones for a qwest phone?

i dont wanna buy ringtones off the internet and most of makin my own ringtone things are not used for qwest.. i am startin to look around and Qwest isnt included on mostly EVERTYTHING...(i know there free ringtones websites but i dont have textin so i cant recive the mssg) so if any 1 knows how can i make my own ringtone for a qwest phone plz tell me. 1. does your phone have a memory card slot? if so, buy one, and then get a data cable, and transfer the ringtones with the cable using Windows Explorer. to make the ringtones, there is a program called Audacity, or use a free site like Ventones or buy a bluetooth dongle for your computer if your phone is bluetooth enabled.
