Download totally free ringtones

How do i set music as my ringtones??

I have a pantech duo and i send myself ringtones from a website and they come through as music not ringtones, how can i use it as a ringtone, it wont just let me set it, and nothings in my ringtones folder its all in my music folder! My phone is like windows if that helps!! Thank you

1. Sad to say, but youcant. i have a razr and thats how my phone is. you cant put sounds/music thats not in the ringtone folder as a ringtone.
