Download totally free ringtones

Is it possible to make ringtones on the computer, copy it on the SD card, and use it on your enV phone?

I can't email it to my phone becasue I can't use that service. I know you can put music on the phone through the SD card. But can you possibly save it as a ringtone? Some how? I'm gonna try it while I wait for answers, but while I wait I appreciate any help. Thanks! =]

1. if they are saved in the my sounds folder on the sd card, you'll be able to send them via picture message... you'll still have to send them to yourself in a picture message then save them as ringtone once you get the message..
2. thats exactly what i do , i make the ringtones for free by uploading mp3 files to the site VENTONES and then i download the ringtone, and put it on with my data card reader that i bought, and then text it to myself and then save it.
