Phonezoo Help???

I have recently signed up for a free ringtone program called phonezoo. For some reason i am unable to receive any of the ringtones that i have sent to my phone. I went through the verification process and got verified, but i cant reiceve the actual song. I have a Samsung SCH-620 (Verizon Wireless) I have unlimited Txt, Pic, and Flix messaging

1. I have had this happen once or twice myself( I too have Verizon). I tried again at a later date and it went right through. keep trying.Don't give up
