Download totally free ringtones

does any one have a web site for free ringtones no strings attached??

i have a phone (kyocera rave) and i dont think its sms compattable so any help? and i cant have it bill me every month it has to be free

1. I don't think there are any "completely free" ringtone services. I download mine from the music store on my phone.
2. if you can download it has to come through your service provider,somebody has to get paid.my son has gotten ppl to send him ring tones on his phone(there ,get your friends to buy them then send them to you CHEAPSKATE) lol
