- what company and what phone do you have? and ill tell you VENTONES is the free site I use and for my AT&T phone, i dont need internet, i just receive it in a picture message, after you make the ringtone, they send it to you in a pic message. But that doesnt work for all companies.
- i have no clue
- The only free ringtones you can get are from your friends. I don't know of any other way.
- www.myxertones.com you pick anything that you want and ten it comes through a txt
- myxer.com Totally works :] I use it all the time. And its free *If you have Verizon it make take a minute for it to arrive *As long as you can recieve text messages then it should work Hope I could be of help, if not sorry <3
- No, I've looked forever for them, there're probably not alot out there, but what I did, with my pre-paid phone, was get unlimited internet for $5/month then went to www.funformobile.com they have amazing ringtones, but then after that month, and after I got all the ringtones I wanted, I cancelled the internet, so for $5 I got at least 20+ ringtones :) ahaha , GL . EDIT; and i think there is a way for it to send through a text.
- What I use to do to get cheap ring tones for my phone , was to make it myself. I usually pick a song, crop it under 30 seconds. Then I will e-mail it to my phone. But that's for my phone, and it doesn't work anymore. It really depends on your phone company and your phone. try goggling "[you phone brand] ring tones" It should come up with bunch of tutorials on how to get custom ring tones onto your phone. If you have a USB cord, you can try BitPim.

- okay i know someones already said funformobile.com. but thats the only thing that works. I have cricket, and none of the other sites worked for me except this one. I know you have to get an account on there, but its free. I've been using it for like 4 months and nothing whatsoever has come up on my phone bill. Its the best site everr!!! It has lots of different carriers. it sends it to you thru a text and then u save it as a sound and thats how u get it to be a ringtone!!! Good luck! Hope i helped!!!!
- There is this site www.funformobile.com which you can browse to on your phone to receive free ringtones. However, the service won't work with all carriers... www.Mobile17.com allows you to make your own ringtones.
